In an ever-changing and complex world, being an adaptable and compassionate leader is a requirement for success. As leaders deal with technological advancement, changing societal norms, and learning new ways to effectively communicate, inspire, and create a highly influential work environment, I will share eight ways leaders can fulfill their purpose to maximize their goals. To “LEAD with GRIT" is an acronym that represents a leadership approach that balances strength and empathy. By "LEAD" with "GRIT," leaders will learn to inspire and motivate his/her team while being supportive and empathetic towards their needs. This approach will help leaders build team trust and loyalty, guiding them to better performance and outcomes.

Building a culture of collaboration allows teams to work effectively and creates an environment of shared responsibility and decision-making. A collaborative culture enhances an organization’s outcome, builds trust and empowerment among teammates, and creates a winning culture.
